These terms govern your use of the Pillar mobile app and related services ("Pillar"), developed and operated by Aadil Halepotra, an individual developer based in India. By creating an account or using Pillar you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Medication schedules, readings, notes, and other information you enter belong to you and your household. You grant us permission to store and process it only to run Pillar, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure what you enter is accurate, including medicine names, doses, and contact numbers.
You agree not to:
Pillar sends reminders, escalation alerts, and evening summaries by push notification. The help button places a normal phone call to the number stored for the primary contact; it does not contact emergency services. Standard carrier charges apply.
Pillar is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms. If a change is material we will post notice in the app; continuing to use Pillar after that means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Pillar at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any harm arising from a missed, delayed, or incorrect reminder, or from information entered into Pillar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you protections that cannot be waived.
Questions about these terms can be sent to a.halepotra90@gmail.com.
